Molly Crenshaw
Relational Depth Therapist & Reiki Master-
Molly Crenshaw, MA, LPC, is a relational depth therapist and Reiki master dedicated to guiding individuals through the profound landscapes of personal, relational, and ancestral healing. Drawing from relational neuroscience, Dynamic Experiential Engaged Psychotherapy (DEEP), somatic practices, and over 10 years of sitting alongside women and families in trauma work, Molly brings a deeply embodied, compassionate container to the transformational process. She specializes in holding space through the full arc of healing—guiding clients through descent and confrontation into true resolution, somatic emergence, and long-term integration.
Rooted in both clinical rigor and subtle-energy wisdom, Molly bridges psychological depth with the restorative rhythms of the natural world. She is passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves, their lineages, and the living world through ritual, story, intuitive awareness, and play. Her work honors the understanding that healing extends beyond the individual, creating ripples that restore connection to ourselves, one another, and the world around us.

As Above, So Within: Reclaiming the Cycles of Ancestral Healing
We are never truly alone. Across time, indigenous wisdom- from the ancient Celtic Britons to traditions across the globe- has recognized that the natural world moves in sacred cycles. The same rhythms that govern the earth’s seasons also guide our internal healing: descent, confrontation, emergence, resolution, and integration.
Designed specifically for practitioners and caregivers, this experiential workshop invites you to step out of the everyday and anchor into the invisible support all around you. Through a blend of somatic practices and intuitive guided meditation, you will regulate your nervous system, align with nature’s restorative cycles, and access guidance from your ancestors and the living earth.
In this workshop, you will:
Anchor in Somatic Presence: Experience a guided somatic journey to restore your nervous system and deepen your felt sense of connection.
Map Your Healing Cycles: Learn to recognize and honor the natural phases of transformation, descent, emergence, and integration in your personal and clinical life.
Access Ancestral & Ecological Wisdom: Utilize intuitive tools to connect with subtle dimensions of support beyond the physical senses.
Leave nourished, grounded, and equipped with timeless practices to support both your own journey and the space you hold for others.
