Hikes always take place on Sunday at the Spyglass Entrance of the greenbelt at 9am

These hikes are for therapists, social workers, psychologists, healers, helpers, students, interns, and any other mental health professional. You do not need to have letters before or after your name to join. This hike is strictly for adults, though. I love kids, but I keep mine at home too!

We hike on the greenbelt and other dogs are present. If you’re dog is friendly, you are more than welcome to bring them!

We start at the spyglass entrance, hike all the way down to barton springs pool, turn around and hike back. It usually takes us about an hour and half with a few short stops in between.

The hikes usually take place around the 2nd or 3rd Sunday of every month. We take a break during the summer months of June and July.

The spirit behind the hikes is to create more ease and connection with no pressure to commit long-term. Anytime you’re able to join is great! But there is absolutely no pressure to attend them all.
